Summary

This study tests whether a specialized PET/CT scan using a radioactive tracer can more accurately determine the extent of muscle-invasive bladder cancer compared to standard CT scans. It will also explore whether changes seen on a follow-up scan after two cycles of chemotherapy can predict how well the tumor responds to treatment. The study enrolls 60 adults with newly diagnosed, high-grade muscle-invasive bladder cancer who are eligible for neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
