Summary
This study tests a personalized approach for people with muscle-invasive bladder cancer who are scheduled for bladder removal surgery. Before treatment, a small sample of the tumor is used to grow cell clusters in the lab. These clusters are tested against different drugs to find the most effective combination for each patient. The goal is to see if this tailored therapy can eliminate all cancer before surgery, improving long-term outcomes.
