Summary
This study tests whether regular phone calls and text messages with lifestyle advice can help adults in Nepal with uncontrolled high blood pressure lower their numbers. Five hundred participants will receive either the mobile health program or usual care for six months. The goal is to see if this simple, low-cost approach improves blood pressure control and reduces heart disease risk.
