NCT ID NCT07310680

First seen Jan 02, 2026 · Last updated Jun 08, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study tests whether health education delivered by mobile phone can improve hemoglobin levels in pregnant women with mild to moderate anemia in rural Bangladesh. About 132 women will be split into two groups: one receives regular care plus mobile messages and calls about diet, supplements, and anemia prevention, while the other gets only regular care. After 4 months, researchers will compare changes in anemia status between the groups to see if the mobile program helps.
