Summary
This study tests whether a program that combines a smartphone app with face-to-face therapy sessions can improve emotional well-being in children and teenagers with type 1 diabetes. The researchers want to see if it reduces diabetes-related distress, boosts positive feelings, and helps young people feel more confident managing their emotions. The study includes 122 participants aged 6 to 18 who have a compatible smartphone and internet access.
