App aims to ease period pain for 874 teens in landmark study

Summary

This study tests whether a mobile app can improve quality of life for teenagers with painful or heavy periods. About 874 teens who have started their periods and speak Dutch, English, Turkish, or Moroccan-Arabic will use the app and report their symptoms. The goal is to see if the app helps them feel better and manage their menstrual health more easily.
