Summary
This study compares 20 women who had gestational diabetes with 20 who did not, all matched by age and weight. Researchers will measure body composition, insulin sensitivity, and other metabolic markers before and after 8 weeks of high-intensity interval training. The goal is to understand unique metabolic changes and whether exercise can improve them.
