Summary

This study looked at ways to help people with long-term back or neck pain who also feel anxious or depressed. Researchers tested a smartphone app (Wysa) and a printed guide to see if they were helpful and easy to use. Thirty patients tried the app for one month and shared their feedback. The goal was to find better ways to support mental health during orthopedic care.
