New study tests coffee & family support for refugee mental health

Summary

This study looks at whether a program called Coffee and Family Education and Support (CAFES2) helps refugee families from Arabic-speaking countries feel less depressed, anxious, or stressed. About 74 families in Chicago will take part. The program is led by trained peers and focuses on strengthening family relationships and social support.
