Summary
This study tested a new online therapy program designed to support the mental health of transgender and gender-diverse adults in Romania. The program consisted of 16 video sessions focused on LGBTQ-affirming counseling to help reduce depression, anxiety, and behaviors linked to HIV risk. Researchers worked with 25 participants to see if this approach was practical, acceptable, and showed promise for improving well-being.
