Summary
This study tests a method called SAIA-MH to help clinics in Mozambique better diagnose, treat, and follow up with people who have mental health conditions. Researchers will compare clinics using this approach to those that don't, involving about 155 patients. The goal is to see if this step-by-step improvement plan leads to better patient function and retention in care.
