This study tested a program combining music therapy, health education, and physical exercise to reduce unwanted loneliness in adults over 60 living in Valencia. Twenty participants completed the program, and researchers measured changes in loneliness, anxiety, and depression. The goal was to improve quality of life and support healthy aging.
