Brain fog relief? new course targets mental fatigue in Graves' patients

Summary
This study tests whether a special course on managing mental fatigue can improve brain fog, exhaustion, and quality of life in people with Graves' disease. About 96 adults with persistent mental fatigue will either take the course plus standard care or receive standard care alone. Researchers will track changes in fatigue, mood, and daily function over 12 months.
