First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study looks at how different phases of the menstrual cycle affect walking patterns, pelvic movement, and sleep quality in healthy women aged 18-35 with regular cycles. Researchers will measure these factors during the early follicular, ovulation, and luteal phases using a special walking sensor and a sleep questionnaire. The goal is to understand if natural hormonal changes cause noticeable differences in movement and rest.
