Summary
This study looked at 40 healthy women ages 18-35 to see if different phases of the menstrual cycle affect walking patterns, pelvic movement, and sleep quality. Participants were tested during early period, ovulation, and the week before their period. The goal was to understand normal changes that happen throughout the month, not to treat any condition.
