Boosting memory may unlock better PTSD treatment

Summary
This study tests whether adding memory-support techniques to standard PTSD therapy helps people learn and remember key therapy content. About 100 adults with PTSD will receive either standard therapy or therapy with extra memory aids. The goal is to see if better memory of therapy leads to greater symptom relief.
