Summary

This study tests a memory support program originally designed for English speakers, now adapted for Chinese American seniors with mild cognitive impairment (MCI). About 60 participants who speak Mandarin or Cantonese will either receive trainer-led training or self-study materials. The goal is to see if the program is practical and helpful for this community.
