Sleep hormone vs. nerve drug: which eases surgery pain better?

Summary
This study aims to see which of two oral medications, melatonin or pregabalin, works better to reduce pain and anxiety after spine surgery. It will involve 105 adults having elective spine surgery. Researchers will measure participants' pain levels, anxiety, sleep quality, and painkiller use for three days after their operation.
