First seen Feb 02, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 13 times
Summary
This study looks at whether combining a special PET/CT scan with a blood test for tumor DNA can help doctors predict which patients with advanced melanoma will respond to immunotherapy. Researchers will compare changes in the scan and blood test results from before treatment to about 3-4 weeks after starting. The goal is to find early signs of treatment success or side effects, helping personalize care for the 24 participants.
