Summary

This phase 3 trial compares a subcutaneous (under-the-skin) injection of the drug combination nivolumab and relatlimab to the standard intravenous (IV) infusion in people with advanced melanoma that cannot be removed by surgery. The study aims to see if the shot delivers enough drug into the body to work as well as the IV. About 579 participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two groups.
