Summary

This study is testing whether combining the drugs Avastin and Tencentriq, with or without a third drug called Cotellic, can help control melanoma that has spread to the brain. It is for adults with this specific type of advanced skin cancer who have not yet received treatment for their brain tumors. The main goal is to see if these combinations can shrink the brain tumors and are safe for patients.
