Can a phone app with yoga and breathing ease heart rhythm worries?

NCT ID NCT07321964

Summary

This study is testing if a 12-week digital yoga program called MediYoga can improve quality of life for people with a common heart rhythm problem called atrial fibrillation (AF). Researchers will enroll 456 participants with AF to see if doing gentle yoga, deep breathing, and meditation via a smartphone app helps reduce symptoms, lower blood pressure, and improve mental wellbeing. The goal is to see if this fully remote program can be a helpful, sustainable addition to standard care.
