Summary

This study tests whether a 12-week digital MediYoga program—combining deep breathing, gentle yoga, and meditation—can improve quality of life, blood pressure, and heart rate in 456 adults with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Participants use a smartphone app and get online support. The goal is to see if this low-cost, home-based approach can reduce symptoms and stress without medication.
