Summary

This study looked at how three popular diets—Mediterranean, DASH, and MIND—affect blood sugar, cholesterol, and body measurements in people with type 2 diabetes. 90 adults completed surveys and had their weight, waist size, and lab values measured. The goal was to see which eating pattern helps control diabetes best.
