Summary

This study looked at whether a Mediterranean diet, with or without added exercise, could help people with a type of fatty liver disease called MASLD. The goal was to see if the diet could reduce fat and scarring in the liver. 96 adults took part, and researchers used special MRI scans to measure changes. The findings could help doctors give better diet advice to manage this condition.
