Summary

This study looks at whether a structured Mediterranean diet can help people who have had a liver transplant avoid gaining too much weight and keep their heart and new liver healthy. About 80 adults who recently received a liver transplant will follow a special diet plan. The goal is to see if this eating pattern can prevent fatty liver disease and improve overall health after transplant.
