Summary
This study looked at how well 60 adults with type 2 diabetes could follow a Mediterranean diet for 12 months in everyday life. Researchers wanted to find out what makes it hard to stick to the diet, especially for people living outside the Mediterranean region. The goal was to identify barriers so better support can be offered in the future.
