Summary
This study tests whether a structured medication education program helps psychiatric inpatients with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, or psychotic depression take their medications as prescribed and manage side effects. Researchers will enroll 64 adults in a psychiatric clinic and measure adherence and side effects before and after the education. The goal is to see if better understanding leads to better treatment outcomes.
