First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests a new media-based program called CONSCIOUS to help men in Nigeria recognize symptoms of mental health issues like anxiety and suicide risk, and encourage them to seek support. The program uses videos or other media to reduce stigma and improve help-seeking. 74 men will be randomly assigned to the program or a waitlist, and researchers will measure satisfaction, anxiety levels, and attitudes toward seeking help.
