Netflix and chill for mental health: study tests group watching

Summary

This study looks at whether watching Netflix or Disney shows in a group for 6 weeks can improve emotional awareness and reduce anxiety and depression. About 70 adults receiving mental health treatment will participate. They will watch shows together and discuss them, and researchers will measure changes in well-being.
