NCT ID NCT07231913

First seen Nov 17, 2025 · Last updated May 06, 2026 · Updated 23 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a special training program can help oncology nurses better handle their emotions and communicate with patients and families, and in turn feel less burned out at work. About 64 nurses from a hospital in Turkey will be split into two groups: one gets four weeks of face-to-face training, the other gets written materials. Researchers will measure burnout, compassion fatigue, and communication skills before and after the program to see if it works.
