Summary

This Phase 2 trial tests whether a new drug called MEDI0618 can safely reduce the number of migraine headache days in adults with episodic migraine. About 488 participants will receive either the drug or a placebo as a shot under the skin. The main goal is to see if the drug lowers migraine days compared to no treatment.
