Summary
This study follows 550 adults aged 18–75 who need a total hip replacement due to arthritis, hip dysplasia, or bone death. Researchers will track the Medacta SMS hip stem for up to several years to see how long it lasts, how well the hip works, and if patients are satisfied. The goal is to confirm the stem's safety and performance in everyday use.
