Summary
This study is testing whether a team of doctors from different specialties can create better treatment plans for older adults (ages 60-90) with lung cancer. Each patient will get a personalized plan based on a full health assessment. The goal is to see if this team approach helps patients live longer without their cancer getting worse, compared to standard care.
