Summary
This study tests whether combining MDMA with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) can safely reduce OCD symptoms. It involves 40 adults with OCD who have not responded to standard treatments. Participants will receive either MDMA or a comparison drug during therapy sessions, and their symptom changes will be measured.
