Summary

This study is testing an experimental drug called MCLA-129 in people with advanced solid tumors, including non-small cell lung cancer, head and neck cancer, and colorectal cancer. The drug is a bispecific antibody designed to attach to two cancer-related proteins (EGFR and c-Met) to block tumor growth.
