First seen Apr 16, 2026 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study looks at whether adding a special kind of massage therapy to regular mental health care helps refugees and asylum seekers who survived torture or war. About 50 people will take part. Half will get the massage plus their usual care, and the other half will only get usual care. The goal is to see if the massage reduces pain, PTSD, depression, and anxiety, and improves daily life.
