This study looked at how a drug called SHR6508 is processed and removed from the body in 5 Chinese patients on hemodialysis who have secondary hyperparathyroidism. The goal was to understand the drug's breakdown and excretion, not to treat the condition. Participants received a single radioactive-labeled dose, and researchers measured how much came out in urine and stool, as well as side effects.
