Summary
This study tests an extended-release vitamin D capsule (CTAP101) in 40 children aged 8 to 17 with stage 3 or 4 chronic kidney disease, secondary hyperparathyroidism, and low vitamin D. Participants take one capsule daily at bedtime for 8 weeks. The goal is to see how the body processes the drug and whether it is safe and tolerable.
