Summary
This study reviews medical records of about 10 adults who had a transplant and developed a difficult-to-treat CMV infection along with severe kidney disease or kidney failure. Researchers want to see how safe the drug maribavir is for these patients. The study does not change their regular care—it just looks at data already collected.
