Summary
This study looked at how heart surgery impacts the mental health, well-being, and quality of life of adults with Marfan Syndrome. Researchers asked 28 patients to fill out questionnaires about depression, fatigue, pain, and self-esteem before surgery and at several points after. The goal is to better understand these effects so that future support can be improved.
