First seen Jan 14, 2026 · Last updated May 05, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study looks at whether manual therapy (like massage or joint mobilization) can improve physical performance in healthy people who exercise regularly. Sixty adults will do sports tests before and after a manual therapy session to see if strength, flexibility, or speed changes. The goal is to understand if these hands-on techniques can do more than just help with recovery.
