Massage therapy may ease swallowing woes for cancer survivors

Summary

This study tests whether manual therapy (massage and stretching) can improve swallowing and neck movement in head and neck cancer survivors who have trouble swallowing due to fibrosis. About 24 participants will receive 10 therapy sessions over 6 weeks. The goal is to see if this approach is feasible and safe, and whether it helps ease symptoms.
