Summary

This study tests whether a simple, low-cost activity—coloring mandalas—can ease anxiety and depression in new mothers. Sixty women who recently gave birth will either receive mandala coloring materials and guidance or standard care. Their mood will be tracked over eight weeks to see if the art activity makes a difference.
