Summary

This study tests whether a simple art activity—coloring mandalas—can reduce anxiety and depression in new mothers. Sixty women who recently gave birth will be randomly assigned to either practice mandala coloring at home for eight weeks or receive standard postpartum care. Researchers will measure changes in mood using questionnaires to see if this low-cost, non-drug approach offers any mental health benefit.
