Summary
This study aims to see if a simple, art-based activity can help new mothers feel better. Researchers will test whether eight weeks of structured mandala coloring reduces feelings of anxiety and depression after childbirth. The study will involve 60 women who have recently given birth, with half receiving coloring materials and guidance while the other half receives standard care.
