First seen Jul 29, 2026 · Last updated Jul 30, 2026 · Updated 1 time

Summary

This trial tests whether adding mandala coloring sessions to usual care can reduce pain, fatigue, and sleep troubles in adults with fibromyalgia. Sixty participants will be randomly assigned to either eight supervised coloring sessions over four weeks or to continue their routine treatment alone. Pain, fatigue, and sleep quality will be measured at the start and after four weeks to see if the coloring group improves more.
