Summary

This early study tested a single dose of a new male hormone pill (11β-MNTDC) in 12 healthy men to see if it is safe and how the body handles it. The goal is to develop a daily oral contraceptive for men. This phase 1 trial focused on safety and side effects, not yet on preventing pregnancy.
