Summary

This study tested two types of magnetic brain stimulation (iTBS and rTMS) combined with robotic walking therapy in 30 people with chronic spinal cord injury. The goal was to see if these treatments could improve leg strength, walking ability, and daily independence. All participants had incomplete injuries and could already walk at least 10 meters with help.
