Magnesium levels may predict tooth extraction recovery

NCT ID NCT06891846

First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looked at 111 healthy adults who had their lower wisdom teeth removed. Researchers checked each person's magnesium level using a simple score and then watched how well the tooth socket healed. The goal was to see if people with lower magnesium had slower or worse healing. This is an observational study, not a treatment trial.
