Summary
This study is testing whether a new type of MRI can detect changes in the brain that lead to memory and thinking problems in people with multiple sclerosis (MS). Researchers will scan 75 adults with MS and give them thinking and memory tests. The goal is to see if the new MRI measure, called macromolecular proton fraction, can predict who will have cognitive issues.
