Summary

This large study tests an experimental vaccine called M72/AS01E-4 to see if it can prevent tuberculosis (TB) in teens and adults. About 20,000 people will receive either the vaccine or a placebo. The goal is to find a safe and effective way to stop TB, a serious lung infection.
