Summary

This study looked at two different ways to numb the belly area to reduce pain after laparoscopic hernia repair. 90 adults received either a modified thoracoabdominal nerve block (M-TAPA) or a standard transversus abdominis plane (TAP) block. The goal was to see which method better controls pain and reduces the need for extra pain medicine.
