Summary
This study looked at 111 people who had surgery for early-stage cervical or vulvar cancer to find out how many develop lower leg swelling (lymphedema) after lymph node removal. Participants filled out a questionnaire about their symptoms. No new treatments or tests were given—the goal was to gather information to better identify who is at risk and improve what doctors tell patients before surgery.
